Overview
CASE Budget is proprietary software owned by XilAire Technologies, but it depends on open-source software distributed under separate third-party licenses.
Open-source components remain subject to the terms of their respective licenses. Nothing in the CASE Budget Terms of Service replaces, limits, or expands the rights granted by an applicable open-source license.
